Apply now for the 2025/2026 winter semester – the application deadline for the wintersemester is July 2nd
The deadline for applications for the summer semester 25 was January 16th, 2025.
Simply download the application form and fill it out according to the instructions. You can either do it completely digital with and PDF reader or print it out and scan the document after filling it out – don´t forget your letter of motivation and your certificate of enrollment. Afterwards, just send it with to the following adress by email:

Applying is possible whenever!
The application committees take place at the end of January and in mid-July to decide which applicants will be accepted. Ideally, you should have already applied before these dates. If not, you are still very welcome to apply to us, as rooms very often become available. If you are accepted, we will send you a tenancy agreement. Please understand that due to the high number of applicants, we are unable to notify everyone in the event of a rejection.

Each room is equipped with a telephone to make free calls within the dormitories.
Internet
LAN is provided throughout the dormitory, each resident has their own LAN connection in their room. Of course, we also have WLAN through individual amplifiers on the floors.
Printer
There is also a multifunction printer (B&W/color) and a cutting machine dormitory available. The print jobs are conveniently sent to the printer via the app and are also billed via the app..
Washing machine
A total of six washing machines and four dryers are available. There are also drying rooms that can be used free of charge. So that there is no laundry chaos, there is a booking system through which you can reserve a washing machine slot. Billing is also done conveniently via an app.

The nearest DHL Packstation is 200 meters away.
